    At Ampelia Hotel, we welcome group reservations while ensuring a smooth experience for all guests. Due to our limited capacity of 25 rooms, we have specific policies regarding group bookings. Any reservation of four (4) or more rooms under the same name, travel party, or intended for the same purpose will be considered a group booking. Guests may book up to three (3) rooms independently through our website or booking platforms.

    In a conference bar setting, the table plan is arranged to facilitate networking and discussion while ensuring comfort and accessibility.     Minimum / maximum group size?

    Any reservation of four (4) or more rooms is considered a group booking. For such bookings, please contact us directly via email or phone to discuss availability, pricing, and terms.

    What should I do if I want to book a group during peak / high season?

    During peak season, group reservations should be made as early as possible to secure availability.

    What are the deposit & payment terms?

    Group reservations require a deposit to confirm the booking. The exact amount and schedule will be provided upon request.

    What is the cancellation policy?

    Due to the limited room inventory, group cancellations and modifications are subject to different terms than individual bookings. These will be communicated upon booking.

    What are the available meal options?

    Groups can choose between self-catering (room only) or bed and breakfast. Self-catering is only available in low season. In certain cases, when agreed in advance, we can offer a buffet and therefore half-board, with a pre-defined menu.

    Are there special group offers?

    We may offer customized group rates and conditions depending on the season, availability, group size, and the combination of adults and children per occupied room.
